A v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s m\u00e1r egy h\u00f3nappal kor\u00e1bban, decemberben \u00e9letbe l\u00e9p.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Korm\u00e1ny a munka t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2012. \u00e9vi I. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 153.&nbsp; \u00a7 (1)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben, a&nbsp; k\u00f6zszolg\u00e1lati tisztvisel\u0151kr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CXCIX. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 259.&nbsp; \u00a7 (1)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9s 19.&nbsp; pontj\u00e1ban, valamint a&nbsp; korm\u00e1nyzati igazgat\u00e1sr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2018. \u00e9vi CXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 281.&nbsp; \u00a7 (4)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9s 16.&nbsp;pontj\u00e1ban kapott felhatalmaz\u00e1s alapj\u00e1n, a 4.&nbsp; \u00a7 (2)\u2013(3)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9se tekintet\u00e9ben az&nbsp; Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 53.&nbsp; cikk (1)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben meghat\u00e1rozott eredeti jogalkot\u00f3i hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9ben, figyelemmel a&nbsp; v\u00e9delmi \u00e9s biztons\u00e1gi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2021. \u00e9vi XCIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 80. \u00e9s 81.&nbsp;\u00a7-\u00e1ra, az Alapt\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 15.&nbsp;cikk (1)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben meghat\u00e1rozott feladatk\u00f6r\u00e9ben elj\u00e1rva a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket rendeli el:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1) A&nbsp;rendelet hat\u00e1lya kiterjed minden munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3ra \u00e9s munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3ra.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) E&nbsp;rendelet alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1ban<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3n a\u00a0k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si szervet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3n a\u00a0k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si szervn\u00e9l foglalkoztatottakat,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) alapb\u00e9ren a\u00a0 k\u00f6zalkalmazotti, korm\u00e1nyzati szolg\u00e1lati, eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1lati, politikai szolg\u00e1lati, biztosi, valamint k\u00f6znevel\u00e9si foglalkoztatotti jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az\u00a0 illetm\u00e9nyt, a\u00a0 k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges jog\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa szervn\u00e9l k\u00f6zszolg\u00e1lati jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az\u00a0 illetm\u00e9nyt, k\u00f6zszolg\u00e1lati jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az\u00a0alapilletm\u00e9ny \u00e9s az\u00a0illetm\u00e9nykieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s egy\u00fcttes \u00f6sszeg\u00e9t is \u00e9rteni kell<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) A&nbsp; teljes munkaid\u0151ben foglalkoztatott munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott alapb\u00e9r k\u00f6telez\u0151 legkisebb \u00f6sszege (minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r)&nbsp;<strong>a&nbsp;teljes munkaid\u0151 teljes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n 2023. december 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l havib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 266 800 forint, hetib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 61 340 forint, napib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 12 270 forint, \u00f3rab\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 1534 forint.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) Az&nbsp; (1)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozottakt\u00f3l elt\u00e9r\u0151en&nbsp;<strong>a&nbsp; legal\u00e1bb k\u00f6z\u00e9pfok\u00fa iskolai v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9get vagy k\u00f6z\u00e9pfok\u00fa szakk\u00e9pzetts\u00e9get ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 munkak\u00f6rben foglalkoztatott munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re alapb\u00e9rk\u00e9nt meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum a&nbsp;teljes munkaid\u0151 teljes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n 2023. december 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l havib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 326 000 forint, hetib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 74 950 forint, napib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 14 990 forint, \u00f3rab\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 1874 forint<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. \u00a7<\/strong>&nbsp;Ez a&nbsp;rendelet 2023. december 1-j\u00e9n l\u00e9p hat\u00e1lyba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1)&nbsp;<strong>E&nbsp; rendelet rendelkez\u00e9seit els\u0151 alkalommal a&nbsp; 2023. december h\u00f3napra j\u00e1r\u00f3 munkab\u00e9rek meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l kell alkalmazni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) E&nbsp; rendelet rendelkez\u00e9seit els\u0151 alkalommal a&nbsp; minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r vagy a&nbsp; garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum \u00f6sszege alapj\u00e1n meghat\u00e1rozott, 2024. janu\u00e1r h\u00f3napj\u00e1ra j\u00e1r\u00f3 juttat\u00e1sok, t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sok (ide nem \u00e9rtve a&nbsp;jogszab\u00e1ly alapj\u00e1n ny\u00fajtott, int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez, szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz adott k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st), ell\u00e1t\u00e1sok meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l, valamint a&nbsp;korhat\u00e1r el\u0151tti ell\u00e1t\u00e1s \u00e9s a&nbsp;szolg\u00e1lati j\u00e1rand\u00f3s\u00e1g 2024. \u00e9vi sz\u00fcneteltet\u00e9se tekintet\u00e9ben kell alkalmazni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) 2024. janu\u00e1r 1. napj\u00e1ig a&nbsp; (2)&nbsp; bekezd\u00e9s szerinti esetben a&nbsp; 2023. november 30-\u00e1n hat\u00e1lyos, a&nbsp; k\u00f6telez\u0151 legkisebb munkab\u00e9r (minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r) \u00e9s a&nbsp; garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 573\/2022.
