A korm\u00e1ny, a munkaad\u00f3i \u00e9s munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i szervezetek tavaly december v\u00e9g\u00e9n k\u00f6t\u00f6tt meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1sa \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l a havi brutt\u00f3 minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r 322 800 forintra, m\u00edg a garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum 373 200 forintra n\u0151tt, ami az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vhez k\u00e9pest 11 %, illetve 7 % emelked\u00e9st jelent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/eujobshrgroup.hu\/zh-CN\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Minimalber-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-684\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eujobshrgroup.hu\/zh-CN\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Minimalber-1.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/eujobshrgroup.hu\/zh-CN\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Minimalber-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eujobshrgroup.hu\/zh-CN\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Minimalber-1-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/eujobshrgroup.hu\/zh-CN\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Minimalber-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1) A rendelet hat\u00e1lya kiterjed minden munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3ra \u00e9s munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3ra.<br>(2) E rendelet alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1ban<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3n a k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si szervet,<br>b) munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3n a k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9si szervn\u00e9l foglalkoztatottakat,<br>c) alapb\u00e9ren a k\u00f6zalkalmazotti, korm\u00e1nyzati szolg\u00e1lati, eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi szolg\u00e1lati, k\u00f6znevel\u00e9si foglalkoztatotti jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k, politikai szolg\u00e1lati \u00e9s biztosi jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az illetm\u00e9nyt, a k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges jog\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa szervn\u00e9l k\u00f6zszolg\u00e1lati jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az illetm\u00e9nyt, k\u00f6zszolg\u00e1lati jogviszonyban \u00e1ll\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben az alapilletm\u00e9ny \u00e9s az illetm\u00e9nykieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s egy\u00fcttes \u00f6sszeg\u00e9t is \u00e9rteni kell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1)<\/strong> A teljes munkaid\u0151ben foglalkoztatott munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott alapb\u00e9r k\u00f6telez\u0151 legkisebb \u00f6sszege (minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r) <strong>a teljes munkaid\u0151 teljes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l havib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 322 800 forint, hetib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 74 210 forint, napib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 14 850 forint, \u00f3rab\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 1856 forint.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(2)<\/strong> Az&nbsp;(1)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozottakt\u00f3l elt\u00e9r\u0151en a&nbsp;legal\u00e1bb k\u00f6z\u00e9pfok\u00fa iskolai v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9get vagy k\u00f6z\u00e9pfok\u00fa szakk\u00e9pzetts\u00e9get ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 munkak\u00f6rben foglalkoztatott munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re alapb\u00e9rk\u00e9nt meg\u00e1llap\u00edtott garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum <strong>a&nbsp;teljes munkaid\u0151 teljes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l havib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 373&nbsp;200&nbsp;forint, hetib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 85 800 forint,&nbsp;napib\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 17 160 forint, \u00f3rab\u00e9r alkalmaz\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n 2145&nbsp;forint.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(3)<\/strong> Teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyb\u00e9rez\u00e9sn\u00e9l a&nbsp;teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyk\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek sz\u00e1zsz\u00e1zal\u00e9kos \u00e9s a&nbsp;teljes munkaid\u0151 teljes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a&nbsp;teljes munkaid\u0151ben foglalkoztatott munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 havi munkab\u00e9r\u00e9nek (tiszta teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyb\u00e9r, illetve garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9r \u00e9s teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt\u0151l f\u00fcgg\u0151 mozg\u00f3b\u00e9r egy\u00fcttes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) az&nbsp;(1)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9s szerinti k\u00f6telez\u0151 legkisebb \u00f6sszege 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l 322&nbsp;800&nbsp;forint,<br>b) a (2)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9s szerinti garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum \u00f6sszege 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9t\u0151l 373&nbsp;200&nbsp;forint.<br><br><strong>(4)<\/strong> Az (1) \u00e9s a (2) bekezd\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozott \u00f3rab\u00e9rt\u00e9telt, ha a teljes munkaid\u0151 napi 8 \u00f3r\u00e1n\u00e1l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) hosszabb [a munka t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2012.&nbsp; \u00e9vi I.&nbsp; t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: Mt.) 92.&nbsp; \u00a7 (2) bekezd\u00e9se], ar\u00e1nyosan cs\u00f6kkentett m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben,<br>b) r\u00f6videbb [Mt. 92. \u00a7 (4) bekezd\u00e9se], ar\u00e1nyosan n\u00f6velt m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben kell figyelembe venni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(5)<\/strong> R\u00e9szmunkaid\u0151 eset\u00e9n a) az&nbsp;(1)\u2013(3)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozott havi, heti \u00e9s&nbsp;napi b\u00e9rt\u00e9telt a&nbsp;munkaid\u0151 elt\u00e9r\u0151 m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9vel ar\u00e1nyosan cs\u00f6kkentve, b) az&nbsp;(1) \u00e9s a&nbsp;(2)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9sben meghat\u00e1rozott \u00f3rab\u00e9rt\u00e9telt az&nbsp;ott szerepl\u0151 \u00f6sszeggel, illetve annak (4)&nbsp;bekezd\u00e9s szerint ar\u00e1nyosan v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 \u00f6sszeg\u00e9vel kell figyelembe venni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1)<\/strong> <strong>Ez&nbsp;a&nbsp;rendelet 2026. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9n l\u00e9p hat\u00e1lyba.<br>(2) E&nbsp;rendelet rendelkez\u00e9seit els\u0151 alkalommal a&nbsp;2026. janu\u00e1r h\u00f3napra j\u00e1r\u00f3 munkab\u00e9rek meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l kell&nbsp;alkalmazni.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. \u00a7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t veszti a k\u00f6telez\u0151 legkisebb munkab\u00e9r (minim\u00e1lb\u00e9r) \u00e9s a garant\u00e1lt b\u00e9rminimum meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 394\/2024.
